Who is the Playbook Suited For?

The Playbook is designed to support:

  • Education leaders to include school principals, school district leaders, post-secondary leaders and CEOs/EDs of nonprofits, for profits and government agencies.
  • Teams and staff across levels within your organizations
  • Classroom educators and instructional leaders 

The model is flexible and can be adapted to fit organizational needs. We offer interactive sessions as keynotes, conference sessions, organization and team workshops and peer cohorts. 

What will The Playbook Enable You to Do?

The Playbook can be utilized to: 

  • Solve challenges from implementation of a strategic or school improvement plans
  • Strategically and confidently implement district initiatives.
  • Define education strategies – from systems-to-classrooms – and an action plan to achieve impact
  • Inform an organization or team’s continuous improvement model
  • Address a leadership, culture and/or process challenge
  • Take a pause to recenter the work

What is Included in the Playbook
Workshop Experience?

The experience includes a combination of facilitated working sessions, peer-to-peer collaboration, and coaching insights  – all designed to support you in creating your customized Playbook to address your challenge or opportunity.

Each participant will leave with a playbook – a comprehensive documentation of the transformational plays – strategies, ideas, actions – that you develop to address a challenge you are navigating or to explore a new opportunity.

The Playbook modules anchor the experience. We adapt the modules based on the workshop.

What are the Workshop Options?

The Playbook is a unique experience to learn how you can lead for transformation. The workshops are designed for multiple participants – team members, organizational staff, conference attendees. 

We offer 4 professional learning opportunities (virtual or in-person) to provide a range of options for engaging in The Playbook:

Getting Started: A Primer On Designing Plays

Focus: An introduction to the concept of creating education “plays”.

Time: 1-3 Hours

Format: Designed for keynotes or conference sessions.

Re-center Your Leadership Why

Focus: Energizing your education leadership by re-centeringing your “why” in your work.

Time: 3–4 Hours

Format: Designed for teams or cohorts.

Building a Playbook to Tackle Your Challenge

Focus: Collaborate in a peer cohort or organizational team to create a playbook to address a specific opportunity or challenge.

Time: 1-2 days

Format: Designed for teams or cohorts.

Creating a Plan for Transformation

Focus: Opportunity for your organization to engage in deep work to develop a transformation plan.

Time: 2-3 days

Format: Designed for leadership or organizational teams.

How Much Do The Workshops Cost?

Workshop costs are based on the size and structure of the cohort. When you complete the interest form, we will reach out to you about costs.
